Remember Sophie? I can’t believe over a year has passed since I photographed a tiny baby girl with a big bow :) If you can believe it, she has gotten even more adorable! I know, seems impossible.
This baby girl is so friendly and loving and happy just to be doing whatever it is that she’s doing. A very sweet girl indeed.

Baby Foster is here! This sweet little man took his time and arrived when he was ready. An easygoing guy from the start, he is happy just to be…happy :)
I got to spend another beautiful day (see his Mommy’s maternity session here) at his home by the woods when he was just 6 days new. I’m excited to watch him grow over our next sessions. I have little doubt he’s going to be a very cool dude :)

One of the very best things about what I do is the connections I get to make with some really wonderful people. Even better, is when what I do presents an opportunity to reconnect with an old friend.
Meet baby Arkadia! A beautiful name for a beautiful baby girl. Her mommy and I went to high school together and I was so happy to hear the news that she was expecting. And I was SO excited to get the call that Arkadia had arrived!
I spent a sunny morning with her and her parents at their lovely home. Truly the apple of mommy and daddy’s eye, this little girl will have no shortage of cuddles and never-ending love.

Julia + Chris are university sweethearts who braved the cold to return to the Forest City this winter for a couples’ session in downtown London.
Unpredictable and chilly weather aside, it was a perfect, romantic, wintery-wonderland setting with a lovely couple.
A very special thank-you to Daisy Flowers and Cafe One on Richmond Street who let us come in out of the cold :)
Meet Baby Alexis. She is sweet and lovely and already demonstrates an incredible affinity for athletics :)
Love abounds in her new home, and it is immediately obvious that Mommy and Daddy are beyond smitten. I’m not sure that Daddy stands a chance against his two girls :)

There is nothing more beautiful than a woman embracing the gorgeousness of her pregnant self. Add in the perfect Winter’s day, an idyllic setting, an already beautiful girl with a contagious sense of adventure and her scene-stealing dog…what can I possibly say? Stunning. Stunning. Stunning.
And now I wait with bated breath; any day now I get to meet the teeny tiny Miss or Mister :) So very happy and excited to hear the news.

Two thirds of this cousin crew traveled around the world to spend the holidays with their Canadian family. They left the sun and warmth of their summer in favour of a White Christmas…well a cold Christmas anyway :)
I had the pleasure of spending a sunny, snow-dusted morning with them as they played and explored. They played as though they had played together every day of their lives. I love that.
I have a feeling that the distance between them will end up having very little impact on the closeness of these cousins :)
I can’t think of a Christmas gift more lovely than the safe arrival of a healthy baby. And I’m fairly certain that Baby Owen was the best present to be found under the tree for his Mommy, Daddy and two big brothers :)
Just before the holidays I headed to Toronto to meet 5 day old Owen. It was my second session with this sweet family as part of his Baby’s First Year package.
So much joy and love to celebrate during a very special time of year.

Remember baby Ellie? It’s hard to believe it, but this little star is already four months old! Playful, and happy, and…perfect.
This was our second session together as part of her Baby’s First Year package. I love getting to capture the progress of these amazing little ones. I can’t help but be excited to see how much Ellie has grown when we meet again in a few short months. Until then, sweet girl :)
